Recruitment and onboarding of doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and non-clinical employees. Managing employee attendance, leave records, and manpower planning. Coordinating employee joining, induction, confirmation, transfer, and exit processes. Maintaining employee personnel files and HR documentation. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements. Handling employee grievances and maintaining healthy employee relations. Supporting performance appraisal and employee engagement activities. Coordinating training and development programs for hospital staff. Preparing HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics. Assisting management in policy implementation and organizational development initiatives. Coordinating with department heads for staffing requirements and manpower utilization. Supporting accreditation requirements such as NABH documentation and compliance. Required Qualifications: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
