In my present post iam competent in performing routine and complex diagnostic radiological procedures in the following modalities. X-rays: All routine and specialized studies in X-Ray. I have good experience in handling RTA(Road Traffic Accident) patients with the skill of acquiring good quality xray within a short time. I am working in fixed xray unit and mobile xray unit(bed side x ray s). I am also capable of doing Fluoroscopic Procedures like Barium Swallow,Barium Enema, ASU,MCU,Barium Meal etc CT: I am skillful in CT Coronary Angiogram (Cardiac CT) Scan and Post Processing. I can also perform CT Pulmonary Angiogram, Lower Limb & Upper Limb Angiogram and Venogram, Aortogram (ECG Gated and Non ECG Gated), Carotid Angiogram, Hepatic Angiogram, Abdominal Angiogram, Renal Angiogram with VRT, 3D reformation, MPR, MIP , Bolus Tracking/Smart Prep Method, Routine scans such as Brain, PNS, Spine, Orbit, Abdomen, Chest, Joints, Extremities, HRCT Temporal Bone & Chest, 4D CT for Parathyroid Scans, Virtual Bronchoscopy, Colonoscopy with 3D reconstruction, CECT Abdomen Triple phase (for Liver) and Dual phase, CT Urogram, Enterography, Cisternogram, Sinogram. I am also expert in doing post processing in syngo.via which is a multi modality work station for CT Angiograms and other CT Routine CT Scans and MRI. Interventional Radiology CT Procedures : I am also able to assist radiologist in specialized studies such as CT guided FNAC/Biopsy, RFA( Radiofrequency Ablation), Nerve Block Procedures etc. MRI: MRI routine studies such as Brain, Spine, Extremities, MRA (angiography) & MRV (Venography) with and without contrast (CE-MR Angiography), MRCP, MRI Abdomen & Pelvis study, DTI, Diffusion with ADC, All MSK Studies and MR Arthrography, MR Elastography of Liver, MR Enterography, MR Urography, MR Perfusion, MR Spectroscopy(Brain and Prostate), Pituitary Study, Orbit, Epilepsy Protocol, Stroke Protocol, Tumor Protocols, Pediatric Imaging, Dynamic MRI Contrast Studies of different body parts, CSF Flow Study at different levels. PET CT : I am doing scans with radionuclides such as Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG),Gallium Scans like PSMA and DOTA NOC. I am performing whole body pet scans with and without contrasts after the administration of appropriate radionuclide. Also Radiotherapy Planning Pet CT and Cardiac Viability Pet scans i am performing day by day, I am well proficient in recognizing image artifacts and rectification, 3D, reformation, MPR, MIP etc.. In my current place of work, our radiology department performs 150 x rays, 30-35 CT scans, 20-25 MRI scans per day and 20-30 PET CT Scans per week. This vast pool of procedures helps to equip me with skill and expertise to master these key procedures and manage heavy workload and working under pressure without compromising the quality of service and test procedures.And also follow the ALARP(As low as reasonable permitable) principle for all procedures. I am proficient in using PACS and RIS in proper manner and familiar with IT systems such as RIS, HIS, TELE Radiology, DICOM system etc. I am prompt and accurate in carrying out procedures and reporting to the radiologist In-depth knowledge of Radiologist/Rad tech workflow Working knowledge with radiology workstations (multiple monitors, Microsoft Windows, dictation mics, etc.) Knowledge of PACS/RIS workflow Knowledge of technology integration with a PACS system and radiology modalities Knowledge of DICOM and DICOM routers Working knowledge of IT storage, networking, and computer concepts Demonstrate logical problem solving and issue resolution while considering end-users needs Demonstrates a sound knowledge base for clinical and managerial decision-making Demonstrates characteristics of a leader through role modeling, change agent, flexibility, creativity, and risk taking in approaches to goal setting and goal achievement Experience and knowledge of Site PACS Biomedical and/or IT experience. Prior experience with hardware and software implementations Prior knowledge in DICOM, HL7, and medical terminology.
