  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. 
  • You must provide accurate and updated information in your account and resume. 
  1. Services
  • Job Seekers may browse and apply for jobs, upload resumes, and receive alerts. 
  • Employers may post job openings, view resumes, and contact candidates. 
  • ElineHR acts only as a platform. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. 
  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: 

  • Post false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content. 
  • Misuse the platform for fraudulent or harmful purposes. 
  • Violate the rights of other users or third parties. 
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and trademarks in the app and website belong to ElineHR Hiring Solutions LLP. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute content without permission. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

ElineHR is not responsible for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or communications between candidates and employers. 

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
