Production Manager (2023-2026) An apparel manufacturing company based in Jordan with 35,000+ employees from 5+ countries, exporting athleisure apparel for brands such as Adidas,UnderArmour,American Eagle and many more. In the MENA Region, Classic Fashion in Jordan is the largest garment manufacturer and the largest employer in the garment sector.  Oversee daily activities of the production floor of 09 Sewing lines.  Maintained 95%+ on time delivery through detailed ERP Tracking and cross-functional coordination.  Ensure that the PO’s are produced, packed and shipped on time for delivery.  Coordinate and problem-solve issues with internal teams, merchandising teams, rawmaterial stores, and other sub-departments.  Responsible for analyzing and planning for sufficient capacity for the upcoming season’s orders, as well as monitoring and ensuring the current season’s orders follow the production timeline.  Initiating daily production meetings with the merchandisers to review the production status of all managed buyers.  Verify the production status ensure on-time deliveries.  Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure all materials are ready and available for production.  Reduced DHU 2%, AQL through lean process.  Trained 300+ Staff on automation and Erp system usage: Introduce Automated sewing machine and Quick change over methods, boosting efficiency by 8%. Senior Executive Production (2020-2023)   Monitored hourly production targets across 5 production lines.  Conducted pre-production meetings and ensured readiness.  Trained operators to meet quality and productivity targets.  Planned shipments and ensured timely dispatch.  Optimized use of automatic machines for cost reduction.  Lead Quick changeover Project achieving the peak target with in 3 days.  Coordinate with Quality, Technical, Production & Maintenance team to reduce DHU & Break downtime.  Follow up shipment plan to ensure timely dispatch. Management Trainee (2019-2020)   Successful implementation of Garment Traceability label for Pcs tracking.  Introduce Rfid system for bundle tracking from input to output.  Introduce several Automation Project ROI to management.  Introduce lean concept & 5s implementation in factory.
