Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations, ensuring the facility opens on time and functions at peak efficiency. Ensure all medical equipment is maintained, calibrated, and serviced regularly. 2. Patient Experience & Quality Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ensuring a compassionate and professional environment. Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) for reports and implement strategies to minimize delays. Address patient grievances promptly and maintain a feedback loop for continuous improvement. 3. Business Development & Growth Drive the centre’s revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local outreach programs and health camps. Maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, and insurance providers. 4. People Management Lead and mentor a diverse team of pathologists, radiologists, technicians, and front-desk staff. Manage staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and training needs. Foster a culture of compliance, safety, and mutual respect. 5. Statutory Compliance Ensure the centre adheres to all local healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH, NABL, PNDT Act). Maintain accurate records for audits and statutory inspections.
