This role combines leadership, administrative management, and technical expertise to support research, testing, or production activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate laboratory staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance management. Maintain lab inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Monitor lab operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Manage workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize productivity. Oversee sample processing, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Prepare budgets, track expenditures, and manage lab resources efficiently.
